Im trying to chose between these two springs I don't know if the 90 will decrease my FPS to much or if Ill have to do even more upgrades with the 110 and would I need the spring guide with either of them? Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

What are sitting the weapon up for? CQB or OFP.

as far as a spring guide. guides that have the rollor bearing base to allow spring twist will do. If yours is without. I suggest that you get one no matter which spring you go with.

Most indoor places require 300 fps and below. Hope this helps in your choice.
