For a ICS m4 i have two options on 2 batterys? 9.6v 1100 mah NiMH or 8.4v 1700 mah NiCad
and also will this fit any type of red dot scope..will the scope fit on the groves on this B/C some of these little parts take certin types of Optics? http://ebaybanned.com/product_info.php?cPath=68_35&products_id=61

The drop in handle rail should work. As far as the batteries go either one will work. The 9.6 will get you alittle more ROF. I use 9.6volts in all my AEGs.
